Things to do locally

As well as the surrounding countryside with footpaths and bridleways direct from the property (no need to go on the road) there are lots of activities and places to visit close by. Whether you are looking for an adventurous activity such as clay pigeon shooting, high-wires or paintball or looking for something gentler such as punting in Cambridge, a round of golf or a tour of Burghley House.

Local activities

Walking and Cycling

Lots of lovely footpaths and bridleways for miles directly from the property so no need to go on the road.

There are bikes to hire and a lovely cycle path around Grafham Water and Rushden Lakes.

Clay pigeon shooting

Sporting Targets is one of the UK's largest clay pigeon shooting clubs. - unrivalled facilities for clay shooting practice, tuition and competition. They do a great group activity with instructor, combining shooting, archery and rifle targets.

Cambridge City Centre

We are 45 mins from the historic City of Cambridge. Shopping and sightseeing. Punting on the river, there is a floating Prosecco bar in the summer and some of the restaurants will supply picnics.

Boat Hire

There are boats to hire from St Neots, Rushden lakes and

Grafham Water, all within 20mins.

Watersports, Sailing, Kyaking

The watersports at Grafham water is extensive (Kayaking, canoeing and sailing) and there is also the Aqua Park on the lake in the summer offering an amazing obstacle course.
