Prices and length of stay

Pricing from £410 p/night for midweek stays

£450 per night at weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun)

Hot tub - £75 which includes bathrobes and spa towels

During high season weekends are 3 night minimum, 2 night stays always available midweek.

Long stays of a week or more are welcome please enquire for pricing discounts

Payment - 50% on booking, 50% 2 weeks prior to stay - full refund if cancelled prior to the final payment falling due.

We are listed on AirBnB, CoolStays, Coolplaces, PlumbGuide. We try to keep our prices consistent across all the platforms but they all add their own fees on top. We are happy to take bookings directly through this site or from any of these platforms.

Terms & conditions

We try to be as flexible as possible with check-in and out times but depends on availability

Check in - after 3pm - but can often be earlier if requested

Check out - 11am - again can often be later if requested

The house is for a maximum of 6 guests (plus infants in cots). No extra people can attend the property without prior arrangement.

No smoking inside the house or around the hot-tub.

I'm afraid we cannot accommodate dogs at the property.

Cancellation - you can cancel with a full refund up to 2 weeks prior to arrival when the final payment falls due.

If you would like the use of the hot-tub payment must be made in advance of arrival.
