Living areas
There is a large open plan living, dining, kitchen space. Which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with friends and family. There are two sets of french doors opening onto the private garden so you can let the outside in. The large open plan living area consists of kitchen, dining and sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped with a Rangemaster cooker with 4 oven and 5 induction hob. There is a microwave, fridge, freezer (with ice cubes ready for your drinks) toaster, kettle etc, every thing you need to cook for favourite meals
The snug provides a quiet room - great for curling up with a book or kicking back and watching the TV.
TVs in both main room and the snug have the basic SKY package, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
On the gallery overlooking the living space there is a desk and there is super fast broadband throughout the house.
The boot-room is great for dumping all the muddy boots and coats and there is a downstairs WC. In the boot-room there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom - there is also a downstairs wc and cloakroom
There are three spacious bedroom suites -
Guest suite 1 is on the first floor and has a super king bed, the ensuite has a walk in shower and bath
Guest suite 2 is on the first floor and has a super king that can be split to provide two single beds the ensuite has a walk in shower
Guest suite 3 is on the ground floor, it has a double bed with french doors opening onto a private terrace where you will find the hot-tub. The bathroom has a walk in shower and freestanding bath.
All the bathrooms are supplied with fluffy towels, luxury soaps, shampoo and conditioner.
It is perfect for working from ‘home’ as there is a desk in every bedroom and a workspace on the gallery all supported by super-fast (fibre to prem) broadband.
Outside space
There is an enclosed private garden and when the weather is fine the double doors from the living room and the kitchen help to bring the outside in. Outside there is a paved area with soft seating and a dining table with parasol. The garden was designed by an award winning Chelsea designer to provide interest all year round. The hot-tub is set in a courtyard providing a feeling of enclosure and privacy to enable you to relax and enjoy.
