Thank you for considering The Old Dairy for your stay. Please read the following Terms & Booking Conditions carefully before making a reservation. By confirming a booking, you agree to these conditions.

1. Bookings and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• The maximum occupancy at The Old Dairy is 6 guests.

• The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old.

• The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all guests understand and follow these conditions.

• Accurate contact and booking information must be provided when making a reservation.

2. Accommodation Rates

The following rates have been provided:

• Thursday, Friday and Saturday: £500

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: £425

Please confirm the applicable rate and total cost before completing your booking.

Any additional charges, if applicable, will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

3. Payment Terms

To secure a direct booking:

• A 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking.

• The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than two weeks before the arrival date.

• Your booking will be confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the due date may result in the booking being cancelled.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking before the final balance payment is due, your deposit will be refunded, less any applicable credit card processing fees.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your reservation.

Cancellation after the final balance has been paid: Please contact us to discuss the circumstances and any applicable refund arrangements. The applicable cancellation terms should be confirmed before booking.

5. Changes to Bookings

Any requests to change booking dates, guest numbers or other reservation details are subject to availability and approval.

Additional charges may apply where changes affect the total booking cost.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Treat the property, furniture, equipment and facilities with care.

• Respect the surrounding neighbourhood and local community.

• Keep noise to a reasonable level.

• Leave the property in a reasonable condition.

• Report any accidental damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible.

The person who makes the booking is responsible for the behaviour of all members of their party.

7. Maximum Occupancy

The Old Dairy accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.

The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the confirmed booking details without prior written approval.

8. Arrival and Departure

9. Property Rules

Guests must follow the property rules provided before or during their stay.

10. Damage and Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning requirements resulting from their stay, beyond reasonable wear and tear.

Please notify us promptly if anything is accidentally damaged.

11. Airbnb and Third-Party Bookings

Bookings made through Airbnb or another third-party booking platform may be subject to that platform's own booking, payment and cancellation policies.

Where a booking is made through a third-party platform, the terms displayed on that platform will also apply.

12. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the accommodation as booked. However, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control that affect the availability or use of the property.

We will communicate with guests as soon as reasonably possible if such circumstances arise.

13. Privacy

Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
